Learn to recognize your MBTI type's typical strengths, patterns of behavior and common challenges. The MBTI is a rich instrument and for you if you want to grow, choose work that fits you and improve your relationships at home or work. Learn theory and explore your type through lecture and small group exercises. On school web site, look under Courses>Grow>Professional Development.
